Majitech Global Ventures delivers nationwide across Nigeria. Whether you’re located in a bustling city or a remote town, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
2. Shipping Options
We offer multiple delivery options to meet your specific needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3–7 business days across Nigeria, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping is available in eligible areas and typically arrives within 1–3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items and locations within Lagos. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. These fees are displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Key factors that influence shipping fees include:
Weight/Size: Heavier or larger packages may attract higher fees.
Location: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may include additional charges.
We occasionally run free shipping promotions on certain products or orders exceeding a specified amount.
4. Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. This may extend during peak periods or public holidays.
Tracking Details: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and location:
Lagos & Major Cities: 2–4 business days (Standard)
Other States: 4–7 business days (Standard)
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: External factors such as weather, strikes, or transportation delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
6. Order Status & Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This can be used on the courier’s website or our tracking page to monitor delivery progress.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, Majitech Global Ventures reserves the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery. Should the package be returned and the customer requests a refund, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Some items may be restricted based on size, weight, or regulatory laws. Certain regions may also not qualify for express or same-day delivery. If applicable, restrictions will be highlighted during the checkout process.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Majitech Global Ventures ships only within Nigeria. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and take the necessary steps to either replace the item or issue a refund.
